We left about 11:30 when the wind started to get stronger and the day much hotter. We headed into Batemans Bay for fish and chips looking out over the bay with an ice cream afterwards. A wonderful, relaxing day!

Pebbly Beach
Today was going to be a hot one so we decided to head down to Pebbly Beach, just north of Batemans Bay, to go for a swim. Leaving at 7:15 we were there by 9:00ish and it was absolutely delightful. The kids played on the sand and in the water - Jack practicing his back flips and burying Meg in the sand. We went for a walk on the rock platform at the north end of the beach and had great fun exploring the rock pools.
